We want you to love your abaya. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before being sent to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The abaya must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The original tags must still be attached.
The item must be returned with the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or if the colour is not as expected.

We recommend carefully reviewing our product descriptions before placing your order. If you need assistance, please contact us before purchasing and our team will be happy to help.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

All items are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if your abaya arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and any fault

Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
